Equipment provided
Fly rod, reel, line, lures, cooler with ice, (spinning rod available upon request).
Fully equipped vests and/or knapsack depending on availability and size.
Really crummy wading shoes that might not fit you.
Bug spray, sun screen, and bandaids, if needed.
What you will need to bring
Wading clothes, usually this means shorts or jeans, cheap tennis shoes, socks, and T-shirt. You will get wet. You can ride back in wet clothes if you really want to, but bring extra if you want to ride dry. If the weather is cool, bring something to keep you warm.
Food and drink
Eat a good breakfast. Bring along food and drink if you like. We usually make a quick stop and pick up "snack food," so if your forget, no need to worry. It won't be gourmet, but then again, this isn't a restaurant tour.
Transportation
Provided from near 141 and 44 as part of the expedition cost (that includes gas, for the car). Pickup and return from hotel will be charged at 10 cents per mile. (Hey, that's much cheaper than a cab.) Two people can go on the trip (three including the guide); however, one person with the guide is best for those wanting to learn how to fly fish. Trip to streams will include scenic paved and gravel roads.
Photographs
I use disposable cameras, just in case they fall in the water, which has happened once or twice. They will be available to you. Free picutres eamiled to you after the trip. You will get them when the roll is completed. Could be a week, a month, or two months. If you would like your own camera and forgot to get one, I can sell you one of mine. (Of course, I will mark up the price a little to make it worth my effort at stocking them.)
Fishing License
Get one ahead of time, or we can stop and get a one day permit $7.50. We can get the license near the point of departure. (Make sure you have a driver's license with you.)
Catch and Release
No limit. Besides, you don't want to carry rotting fish back to a hotel, on an airplane, or into your significant other's kitchen. All fish will be returned to the stream unharmed (after you've taken photos, of course.)
